Spreadable Butter

2 cups butter(softened) to 2 cups extra light olive oil. The extra virgin olive oil was way too heavy a taste for us.
Mix really well with a mixer until smooth.
This is so much healthier than margarine! (just check out the spreadable butter label bought from the store!)

    Kelly, this is so cool! It’s going to be neat to read about what you do and maybe even encourage me to do some of it., I’m really interested in doing the spreadable butter and I may try the cinnamon roll recipe. I really enjoyed the short video of the chickens and you! Take care!
